All our products are made on demand through Printful, with production centers in various parts of the world. This allows us to offer faster and more efficient shipping based on your location.
3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time varies depending on your location and the type of product. Generally, production takes between 2 and 7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 5 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
4. What is the return and refund policy?
All products are made on demand through Printful, which means each item is produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference, and the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law does not apply to these personalized products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Take clear photos of the product, the defect, and the packaging.
- Send us an email with the photos and a brief description of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund through Printful at no additional cost.
- You do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing quickly after purchase. If you need to make a modification or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production.
7. How can I find my size?
Each product includes a size guide on the product description page. We recommend reviewing it before making your purchase, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may have restrictions or additional customs fees. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties that may apply in their country.
