Excited to see where this goes – glad to see you’re back!
Thanks! 🙂 In this arc I will need to censor some scenes for Webtoon Canvas to meet their content guidelines, but here I’m publishing the raw version.
Listening to “Cuando tu nazcas” now, I’d heard the original symphony it was based on but I had never heard this song before. The contrast between the lyrics and the melody is haunting, like the singer has some skepticism their hopes can come true for the child, which seems to fit this story perfectly. Also in general think it’s very cool that you’re including many grounded details (locations, songs, etc.) that set this story firmly in Catalonia/Spain, it’s an really interesting difference from your previous works where the setting seems more timeless and abstract. Excited to keep reading!
I’m glad you appreciate the inclusion of more real-life references. I made this change intentionally as it ties directly with the series. By the way, I’ve also released a visual novel game adaptation of Vortex House for Windows, if you’d like to experience a more expanded and immersive version of the arc you just read.
